Dr. A.R.B. Amerasinghe L.L.B. B.Lim, Ph.D. Hon. L.L.B. was a Judge of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka from 1938 to 2002. He was the Chairman of the Law Commission from 1994-2002 and in 2002 he was appointed as a member of the Constitutional Council.
